Ex: Your name in 2002 list was in bengali(no english was then) as হিতেশ using technology(AI) they translated it to "Hites" and when you're saying I'm Hitesh by birth certf., they are saying name mismatch.

To emphasise the same meaning...they should you something like "kadamai" instead of "kartavya". I mean no point of using hindi word here
