All Govt employees of J&K deserve a 2-day weekend off. As Civil Secretariat system already observes Sat-Sunday off, equality demands all Govt employees have adequate time to attend to a wide range of personal, family and social needs. It would make them more productive at work.

@ahmd902201 More than maintenance, it looks like a case of poor real-time weather reading and forecast communication. This flight just bumped into hell of a weather system, with its window panes shut. And the seat beat alert was issued only after the extreme was over.
