On 26/09/2026 – Agent again rang me only once, and unfortunately I was unable to notice it.

On 16/09/2026 – Agent came on a motorcycle to pickup the bicycle. Upon seeing a large package, I was informed that a van would be sent the next day which never came. I can provide CCTV footage if they want and assure me of a refund.
