I bought a fastag from SBI in Ahmedabad on 21 Dec'25. Recharged it with 400 Rs & 200 security deposit. Now I used it only once for 95 Rs toll in Rajasthan. Still it shows - 565 balance. No way to raise complaint on sbi site.
Please help fix.
