Even OGAS implemented in totality,then also it may b headed by IPS then how come coordination wid civil administration going to b affected.
Is asking 4 just dmnd 'disgruntlement'?

NFFU is pay parity wid IAS counterparts at centre giving them 2 yrs seniority.
Can it b implemented without amending RR?
Presently given on old RR with residency period at each rank given the stagnation level in CAPF.
Is it not killing the spirit of d judgement?

Indirectly questioning ur own cabinet decission which has approved OGAS and NFFU to CAPF in pursuant of SC judgement on the same matter.
Terming the CAPF officers as 'disgruntled' is disrespect to uniform personnel and doesn't suit the person of ur stature.
