Hello I'm an engineering student in Bangalore, I've been a loyal customer of Samsung since years,I bought this s20 plus model when it was launched for around 75k just an year and half ago,after an year these thin vertical lines started appearing on the screen.

This is all because of technical error in their software. I've tried to contact various Samsung customer care but my issue has not been resolved,please look in the issue at the earliest and try to resolve the issue.

When I contacted Samsung care they're trying to convince me to pay full charge for the screen repair and they're telling that there's been a physical damage from my side.The phone is completely fine physically there's no sign of physical damage.
