It really seems like Trump is just trying to claim a deal he can announce at his birthday UFC fight without any real grounds.

IRGC affiliated FARS News Agency says the whole stunt is being staged around Trump's birthday as an insecure victory lap.

They are calling it a cheap propaganda stunt made for television.

The Iranian negotiating team is calling it ceremonial manipulation.

The memorandum of understanding has not been finalized.

There is no deal.

There will be NO signing on Sunday.
