@AirAsiaIndia A worse experience today mrng. One of your staff named Rahul(manager) deliberately did not let me board my flight to KL cause I did not have a hard copy of the E visa however, he allowed four passengers ahead of me without the same.

I even spoke to the immigration officer who said soft copy of the Evisa was enough, your staff was too adamant and rude and did not let me board.I even tried to do online check in but he said I still had to go through him and he would not let me. Requesting an action on this.
