Hi. I’m Arjun. I am an architect, author, academician, artist and computational designer. In my creative process, I embark on a journey of exploration and experimentation, allowing fluidity and movement to shape my work. 🧵
INSTEAD OF WATCHING AN HOUR OF NETFLIX TONIGHT.
This 1 hour Stanford lecture by Joel Peterson will teach you more about negotiation and getting what you want than most people learn in years.
Bookmark it and give it an hour, no matter what.
@DheerajThakwani Maybe I'm the opposite. But putting in the reps during workouts is really rewarding & refreshing. It's a sport. U get instant feedback of strength, pain, unlocks. Every rep becomes a fun game challenge! Boring workouts is a popular motivational term but I'm unable 2 apply it. 😄
@DheerajThakwani I see your videos as the greatest hits compilation of our phone calls from past years. Brilliant ideas you're sharing that we have discussed before. Keep going brother! 🔥

The truth: sustained failure doesn’t work. Sustained learning and evolution does. If your failures don’t teach, don’t adapt, and don’t keep you in the game, you’re not “on the path”, you’re stuck. Motivation without systems is self-sabotage.

Nadal’s 54% isn’t failure, it’s precision under pressure. Kobe’s missed shots came with elite coaches feedback loops. Edison didn’t “fail 10,000 times”, he ran controlled experiments and had a team. Social media strips context and sells struggle without structure.
Wings vs Anchor, which one are you?
The people you hangout with always determine how far you're going to go and how much you're going to be achieving, because energy is contagious. Learn who you should be with to become the best version of yourself.
@DheerajThakwani Immensely delighted that you're amping up your Jacked Monk type of content here. I'm pretty sure your videos are going to gain lot of audience here.
Your expertise in physical and mental health has helped me immensely.
I hope your knowledge reaches out to wider audience.
Excited to share my latest motion design showreel.
A collection of some of my favourite work done over past years with fluidic movements, product visuals, abstract motion and materiality.
If you're building something interesting, I'd love to be part of it.

Both takes had nuance. Yours on real barriers, his on choosing meaning anyway. End of the day, anyone with internet who read his tweets, can still decide to build/craft something meaningful even when his/her life is mostly going south.

Blocking is basically his quick shield to keep the feed tolerable. Impulsive? Sure. Cleaner option would’ve been mute/ignore, but even patient folks hit their limit sometimes.
