i had booked a courier from Gurugram to Srinagar with home pickup. The pickup was done on 21 Aug however still as per the tracking it shows awaiting pickup and now it has been updated to pickup failed. Please help. @delhivery @help_delhivery

Even after multiple mails, tweets, DMs, emails and Grievances on NCH, i still havent received my refund.
This is total disregard to consumer.

@Thyrocare booked a check up for Rs 14,996 however due to some issue at your end, the booking was cancelled, amount to be refunded and I was asked to pay again. Now 38 days I haven’t received refund. I have also raised a grievance on National Consumer Helpline. Please help out.
