I am not a defaulter from my history. 2. i hardly stayed in the property even then i made sure rent was paid on time. 3. I had rasied a ticket in regards to electricity bill which was waived off later and i paid the rent, reason why i could not raise my notice period on time.

I did no even ask for my refund for more than a month as discussed with him. It is cheating when you agree to everything and do something else later.
