@YESBANK - what is it going to take to get your tele-callers to stop calling me for emi offers? 1. I am on DND 2. I have gone to the yes bank website and registered for dnd separately 3. I have told the telecallers multiple times that i do NOT want to be contacted.
@SamsungIndia your customer service is a joke! Its been 3 months since i have an unresolved issue with my fridge. After escalating this complaint to the service head, you send the same engineer who had been unable to solve it all this while?!
@airtelindia it takes 10 days to resolve complaints? Complained about my dth connection on 31st May. Got an SMS on 6 Apr giving details of the engineer who will visit only after multiple escalations. Called the guy and he says he wont come. Pathetic customer service. @TRAI
