I’m in absolute agony and deeply frustrated with @_PVRCinemas
. On 5 July, I went to watch #ALPHA at PVR Atrium Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Ordered a Chicken Pizza that was badly undercooked. I returned it to be recooked and ate it anyway.

From 2 AM onwards, I’ve been suffering nonstop severe loose motions (5+ episodes), repeated vomiting, and extreme discomfort. Took medication from Sri Sri Holistic Hospitals.
I’ve had to take emergency leave, run to the hospital, and am still in pain and weakness even now.

I politely DM’d PVR at 4 AM with full proofs — movie ticket, food bill of ₹900, and all medical reports — requesting them to check CCTV. It’s been over 24 hours and I’ve received only an auto-reply. No human response, no concern, nothing. This negligence is unacceptable. I’m genuinely suffering because of food served at their premises. @nch1915

Now one lady from PVR called me and said first after checking CCTV footage they didn't find anything I mentioned.

When I explained every event from billing to return with approximate time stamps and demanded the footage, the explanation changed to - we are still checking the footage.

I wonder if their next excuse will be that the movie theater doesn't exist.🤦‍♂️
