The primary AI threat to humanity
If you are promoting, talking about, teaching people how to use, or are developing for closed/centralized AI then you are promulgating the most significant threat AI poses to humans.

When all of compute is AI, you will have put all the power over what we see, do, think, how we live, and what we know in the hands of a few people who are for the most part power-hungry ego-driven jerks that think they know what is best for society.

Even if they have the best intentions, at any time a government that doesn't like your point of view will have the power to see into and CONTROL every facet of your life including the power to control and train the minds of our children.

Literally every crevice of your existence will be in AI and if you keep promoting, using, and building upon centralized/closed AI, you will have been part of creating that world.

Do you want to own your AI or do you want it to own you?

You are either clueless about the dangers or you understand them and are fine with it because you will profit from it.

Now is the time for you to choose:
* open or closed
* decentralized or centralized
* all or few

We must establish the paradigm now or we face losing control of much of the population's ability to choose for themselves.

They will attempt to spin that open is dangerous and closed means the terrorists won't get it. They will use every tactic they have ever used to stifle freedom and maintain control.

We have to establish the narrative, that control of AI in the hands of a few is one of the greatest threats to humanity in history.

We must make it clear that the only safe AI are the ones that are open for the world to see.

We must cut off the oxygen to centralized and closed AI.

Do not talk about, teach, or build upon their systems.
Do not signup with the cool new startup that is closed.
Cancel any subscription you have with any centralized AI company.
Do not use free tools from centralized/closed AI companies.
Block and unfollow "influencers" promoting centralized companies.
Tell your favorite apps to stop offering their APIs.
Do not tell newbies to try them.
Do not integrate their tools into your applications.
Build tools that make it easy for your mother to use decentralized AI.
Keep improving open LLMs and make them smarter and faster than closed.
Invest in infrastructure plays that make decentralized easier and better.
Tell everyone you know building in AI, that building in and for centralized may make you rich but will destroy your freedom.

Do you want to own your AI, or do you want it to own you?

That is the choice you have to make today.
