Proud to have backed NeoSoul from the early days. Bold vision, exceptional team, and just the beginning. We’re all in.

day 1 token.
100 year dream.

call it crazy. this one's ours.

ai agents already think, ping APIs, and settle payments on their own. their economy needs a single unit of account. that's $dna.

we're betting the whole company on it.

ai is moving beyond assisted analysis toward independent execution

trading is one of the earliest environments where this shift can form a complete economic loop

further develop NeoTrade, strengthen trading infrastructure, and build infrastructure for AI agents to participate in economic activity at scale

3/ @dappOS_com —xBubble: an AI agent that learns AI for you.

DappOS launched xBubble — a low-prompt AI agent that turns short requests into deliverable work across image/video generation, websites, documents, and scheduled tasks.

No model-testing. No prompt engineering. No tool assembly.

Powered by Bubble Engine (auto-generates and tests task-specific SOPs) and Bubble Pilot (dispatches each request to the best available solution).

"Powerful AI no longer requires users to learn AI."

4/ @NibiruChain — @SaiDotFun Perps is live: 45 markets, from BTC to crude oil to Pokémon

Sai, the flagship perp DEX built by the Nibiru team, launched in February and has been steadily gaining traction.

As of May 16:
- $25.45M total trading volume
- 45 live markets across crypto, stocks (NVDA, TSLA), commodities (crude oil), and even collectibles (Pokémon, luxury watches)
- Daily volume approaching $1M on recent trading days

CEX-grade speed. Fully onchain settlement. Self-custody throughout.

4 key developments across our portfolio this past month.

From an AI no-code app builder going live with Microsoft, to Universal Accounts expanding into AI agents, to a full-stack perp DEX trading stocks and crude oil onchain.

Here's what our portfolio shipped

1/ @spaceandtime — Dreamspace AI App Builder goes live.

Space and Time publicly launched Dreamspace on April 23 — a no-code, AI-powered app builder developed with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and
deployed on @base .

Users describe what they want to build in plain text. Dreamspace generates a fully functional onchain app — including smart contract logic — automatically.

34,000+ apps created during beta. Schools across Indonesia have integrated Dreamspace into their curricula, targeting 140,000+ students.

2/ @ParticleNtwrk — Universal Accounts expand into AI agents.

On May 3, Particle unveiled the next-phase roadmap for Universal Accounts with two upcoming products:

- Universal Deposit SDK — ~10 lines of code to let users deposit assets from any chain into any app
- Universal Agent Accounts — API + dashboard for AI agents to own and manage their own Universal Accounts.

Chain abstraction is no longer just for humans.

In this fortnight's Portco Highlight, we look at 6 key developments across the ArkStream Capital portfolio.

From Bitcoin-native finance going live on tier-1 exchanges, to chain abstraction hitting full EIP-7702 support, to a Microsoft co-sell partnership.

Here's what our portfolio shipped.

5/ @soon_svm — Binance Alpha Round 2 + scale milestone

SOON Foundation confirmed Round 2 of its Binance Alpha airdrop went live on April 9.

The SVM rollup has now processed 27M+ transactions across Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Base, with 20+ ecosystem projects deployed via the SOON Stack.

SVM beyond Solana —working at scale.

6/ @Fhenix —Introducing Dual-Mode Tokens

Fhenix unveiled the Dual-Mode Token concept: privacy capabilities injected directly into the token contract itself — no wrapping, no bridging, no breaking protocol compatibility.

Native behavior preserved. Encrypted balances and transactions unlocked.

A step change for how confidentiality arrives in existing ERC-20s — not as a separate chain, but as a property of the token.

[ArkStream Capital @ark_stream]

3/ @ParticleNtwrk —Full EIP-7702 support for Universal Accounts

Universal Accounts turned 1 — and Particle leveled up with full EIP-7702 integration, working out of the box with @privy_io,@dynamic_xyz, and @magic_labs.

Connect any EOA →make it Universal. Zero migration. Pay gas with any token. Deposit from any chain, Solana or EVM. Seamless cross-chain txs.

Forget about chains.

4/ @Calderaxyz —Metalayer Token Launcher goes live

Caldera launched the Metalayer Token Launcher — a no-code tool to create and deploy MetaTokens in minutes. Just set a name, supply, and treasury wallet.

Phase 1 supports Arbitrum and Ethereum, with near-real-time cross-chain bridging built in. Every token gets its own dedicated bridge page. More networks coming soon.

The barrier to multichain token issuance just collapsed.

[BIOS @BioAIDevs]

Meet BIOS, an AI Scientist built to orchestrate complex biomedical research.

• Global SOTA on Data Analysis Benchmarks: BixBench 48.78% open-answer, 55.12% multiple-choice + refusal, 64.39% multiple-choice (no refusal) - outperforming systems like Edison Scientific and Kepler.

• Human-in-the-Loop or Autonomous Mode: Intermediate checkpoints let researchers guide investigations mid-flight as insights emerge. No more waiting hours for batch runs + reruns to get results. Or, run in fully autonomous mode for extended investigations.

• Persistent World State: Rather than losing context as conversations grow, world state ensures investigations build on insights within each research cycle and across sessions.

• Subagent Swarm: BIOS orchestrates subagents specializing in research functions (Literature Review, Data Analysis, Novelty Detection) and, soon, research domains (microbiology, longevity, genomics).

BIOS is available now in Beta with free + paid tiers, exclusive launch pricing and, for limited time, free full access to academic users with a .edu email address.

Pro, Researcher and Lab subscription tiers offer discounted packages on monthly credits. Our usage-based pricing is competitive and in some cases significantly cheaper than leading scientific agents.
