BREAKING: FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, Iran has directly fired its Qassem Bassir hypersonic “CARRIER KILLER” anti-ship ballistic missile at a U.S. nuclear aircraft carrier — targeting the USS George Washington and an accompanying destroyer yesterday, per Iranian sources familiar with the assessment.

The Qassem Bassir reportedly reaches MACH 5–8 during its terminal phase and uses optical/electro-optical guidance, making it exceptionally difficult to intercept.
