What a terrible ranking Lincoln, FDR, Wilson, and LBJ all deserve F tier. Lincoln was damn near a dictator with his gross expansion of executive powers, FDR implemented socialist programs under the guise of betterment for the common folk (and also bucked the trend of 2 terms and held on to power longer than he should have) Wilson was a pussy who cost many American lives in WW1, and LBJ was a racist who viewed blacks as just easily manipulated voting bloc
