today again, in her podcast, @RealCandaceO mentioned the dark ritual at midnight in front of the Shiva statue at CERN, insinuating, Shiva is a demonic deity who wants human sacrifice, like Moloch or Ba'al.
i wrote this comment on her podcast:

Candace, Shiva is NOT demonic. Please do not make this association when you mention the very dark ritual a CERN. India would have donated the statue of
Shiva Nataraj (the dancing Shiva) in good faith, symbolising the dance of cosmic energy out of which the universe appears.

Hinduism has the topmost philosophy. It claims in truth all is one, yet on the appearance level (Maya) plurality appears including good and evil. Compare it with the one, solid screen (eternal Truth) on which the temporary, fleeting movie (Maya) appears.

The role of the human is to live according to Dharma (doing the right, conscientious thing in the given circumstance) and not give in to lower forces., like anger, greed and lust, so that finally Moksha (realising the oneness with the Divine (symbolised by the screen in the analogy) can be achieved.

In India, the Devas (forces of light) are daily worshipped, not the Asuras or Rakshasas (dark forces). Yes, those dark forces exist in the realm of Maya, and we need to guard against them and call on the help of Devas. Diwali festival denotes the victory of light over dark forces.
