I have one more doubt, so this transfer doesn't affect the student even if He/She changed his university( different universities located in different countries)?

@nayyar_reena Respected Ma'am ,is it possible for a student to transfer from one country to other during their medical course? I couldn't find the section4(3) clause regarding migration on the MCI website.
