introducing arkum.
every wallet on solana is guarded by elliptic-curve math. quantum computers are built to break it.
arkum is a vault that doesn't use that math at all.
your sol sits behind hash-based signatures. 30 chains, 255 steps, one-time keys. every unlock moves you to a fresh key.
live on mainnet now.

arkum v1 is locked forever.
v2 is already being built.
any token, sealed behind hash signatures.
time locks that even the secret can't open early.
devs: lock your supply where quantum can't reach it.
more soon.
the arkum program is now locked. forever.
the upgrade key is gone. no admin. no backdoor. no one can change the rules, including us.
every vault now runs on code that can never be touched.
verify it yourself:

right now, one key can still change the arkum program.
soon, that key won't exist.
no admin. no upgrades. no one can touch the rules, not even us.
forever.
update: every arkum vault is now public.
the vaults page lists every vault with its live balance, every deposit and every unlock, straight from solana.
each vault is proven on-chain by the program when it's funded. nobody can fake an entry.
balances are public. owners stay anonymous. the secrets never leave your device.
see for yourself: https://t.co/FSaUmEN1wV
right now, an arkum vault is a hash lock only its owner can see.
soon, every vault will be on the record.
every balance. every deposit. every unlock.
proven on-chain by the program itself.
owners stay anonymous. the secrets never leave your device.
update incoming.
how arkum vaults work, in simple terms ๐งต

THE PROBLEM
every crypto wallet has two keys:
โช private key: yours, secret
โช public key: visible to everyone on-chain
today, nobody can work out your private key from your public key. the math is too hard.
quantum computers change that. a big enough one could work backwards from your public key to your private key, and open your wallet.
worse: public keys sit on-chain forever. anyone can save yours today and come back for it later.

THE FIX
arkum vaults use a different kind of lock: hash-based.
a hash works like a fingerprint. easy to make from the original. impossible to turn back into it.
quantum computers don't change that. they can't reverse a fingerprint any better than a normal computer can.

HOW IT WORKS
01 / deposit
send SOL to your vault like any normal transfer. the chain stores only the fingerprint of your key, never the key itself. nothing to attack.
02 / withdraw
your browser unlocks the vault with your secret. the secret never leaves your device. the key is revealed for that one transaction only.
03 / roll over
whatever you don't withdraw moves to a fresh vault with a brand new key. the old key is retired for good.
โโโโโโโโโโโโโโ
WHY "USED ONCE" MATTERS
this type of lock is designed for one use. so arkum never reuses a key: every withdrawal gets a new one.
there's never an old, exposed key sitting on-chain waiting to be cracked.
โโโโโโโโโโโโโโ
TL;DR
normal wallet
โ one key, forever
โ public half exposed
โ quantum could break it
arkum vault
โ fresh lock every time
โ fingerprint only
โ quantum can't reverse it
what an arkum vault looks like when you open it:
โ your secret never leaves the browser
โ every deposit lands in a vault whose key has never been used
โ withdraw once and that key is retired, with the rest moving to a fresh vault
