Twist:

Series finale sees Tate and his native American wife from 1923 travel back to 2023 Texas, in an epic battle between the Duttons and Tommy from Landman.

Tate wins and goes back to 2053 to enjoy the new timeline. Tommy changes the business to solar, wind, and wave energy.

The gambling authority fines people if they run an unlicensed online casino, or, in this case, streamers who "offer" (I think the word would be "promote") this casino.
