Get terminated from your gym.

Had the same clause. If I were to cancel, it would take two months. So I just unplugged the speaker anytime I was in there because the music was something God awful ghetto bullshit. Didnt want to hear it.

Told me to stop. I didn't.

Got an email last Saturday saying my membership was terminated. Don't have to pay the remaining two months.

I'm at a new gym, much bigger and half the price.
