Seriously, @zomato, this is unacceptable.

Your delivery partner marked my order as delivered, but I never received it. I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes, made 20+ calls to the delivery partner, and he hasn’t answered even once.

Your customer support’s only solution is to offer a refund. A refund doesn’t compensate for my wasted time, the inconvenience, or the fact that I ordered because I was hungry.

It is now 11:45 PM. Most restaurants in my city are already closed, including the restaurant I ordered from. Because of your delivery failure, I am now left with no food and no alternative options.

I have been a Zomato Gold member and a loyal Zomato customer for nearly 10 years. I’m attaching screenshots as proof. I never expected such a poor customer experience from a company I’ve trusted for so long.

I expect not only a full refund but also appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, loss of time, and the fact that I was left without dinner because of your service failure. If this matter is not resolved fairly, I will pursue it through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.

@Zomato Scam Alert 🚨

I have been using Zomato for 10 years, but this has happened with me 3 times, including yesterday.

Delivery partners pick up the order, don’t deliver it, and mark it as “Delivered”. The biggest loser is not just the customer, but also the restaurant.

The food is gone, the customer doesn’t receive it, and restaurants also suffer losses. Zomato needs to fix this loophole and take accountability.

Loyal customers deserve better service.

It’s been 24 hours, and I still haven’t received a single update from @zomato regarding my case.

I’ve already shared the order ID, screenshots, and every detail they asked for, yet there has been complete silence.

How can a delivery partner simply disappear with the food? This isn’t the first time, or even the second—this has happened to me for the third time.

I’ve been using @Zomato for the last 10 years and have spent lakhs of rupees on orders and memberships, but this is the level of support loyal customers receive. Extremely disappointed.
