@pellegreene Anxiety is a subset of fear which they already had in movie 1. ennui is just their way of coding depression I'm sure, which is also not an emotion. I'm interested to see what direction they go in. You're right, though, no kid says their favorite movie is inside out
@connorborrego I just keep watching my movie until most people leave. It's saved me a lot of tantrums unless I have a connecting flight then I am so aggressive!
Don't mind me. I'm just sobbing watching the Chopped Teen tournament. Kids being kind to one another, gentle masculinity, life-changing scholarships, sharing a love of cooking. perfect combo for a good cry!
@connorborrego Take a break. walk somewhere new, listen to music or a podcast, change your scenery. Sometimes, we need a reset. when I feel like I'm in a slump, I need a break or I need to breathe new life into my work by learning new techniques or perspectives through trainings or books
On Mondays I don't get home until 10:30pm. My fiancé is usually talking to friends when I arrive but always gets up to give me a hug. This week he goes "oooh she just walked in, guys, gotta make her some tea". It was such a small but significant act of love!
Watching @RRRMovie with my white fiance and he says "I don't care how British I am, if an Indian man is shooting flaming arrows with grenades on them at me, I'm going home!"
I really wish I was more active on Twitter in 2015 when I was telling everyone Mindy Kaling didn't take her responsibility as our one of our only examples of South Asian American representation seriously. She's only gotten worse
