@hoffmang Gene, seriously? You genuinely can’t tell what’s worse?
Here’s a hint: the worst part is what you’ve done to the project that just crashed below $2, and how you treat the miners who’ve been supporting you all this time. Delaware has nothing to do with it.
🇰🇿 Kazakhstan Just Processed Its First Regulated Crypto Payment
President Tokayev witnessed the live demo today at https://t.co/xTu4c3LhMr, Astana.
The transaction ran through the national CryptoPay system, customers pay in crypto, merchants receive instant fiat settlement.
What's already live:
🔹 Alem Crypto Fund (state BNB reserve)
🔹 Alatau CryptoCity (payment pilot zone)
🔹 Crypto cards via 5 major banks
🔹 Digital Tenge CBDC rollout
🔹 AIFC-licensed exchanges (Binance KZ leading)
Central Asia is quietly becoming the regulated crypto hub of Eurasia while the West debates.
Early movers win the adoption race.
🚨 Altcoin prices are fake? And this could launch them to the Moon 🚀
The power is in your hands.
The market looks oversold 📉 - but most selling isn’t real.
On many exchanges, you trade IOUs, not actual tokens.
Withdrawals = reality check ✅
If the exchange isn’t fully backed, they may be forced to buy tokens at any price 💥 - potentially triggering a Price Shock? 📈 and accelerating altseason 🚀
⚠️ If the exchange lacks sufficient real tokens, the next altseason could happen without you.
Self-custody 🗝 isn’t ideology - it’s a market audit.
👍 Like if you self-custody
🔁 Repost if your funds are on an exchange and you plan to test withdrawals
Not your keys - not your coins. 🛡
Why Polkadot 1.0 Failed Miserably. And Why Polkadot 2.0 + It’s JAM Upgrade Is The Solution‼️
In 2020 Polkadot invented the idea of Layer 0 chain. Becoming the first blockchain that could host other blockchains, a revolutionary solution the space desperately needed
However, all Polkadot could do in 2020 was host entire blockchains. which as many know had a massive un-predicted flaw
This blockchain only deployment architecture ultimately made the barrier to entry for new developers who wanted to build on Polkadot extremely high
This barrier to entry left developers with two options:
1. build an entire blockchain
2. Or deploy smart contacts ontop of a Polkadot Parachain.
And as time has shown, this idea of Parachains and this L2 has a major flaw. These chains ultimately sucks the revenue right out of the base chain. We saw it Happened to Polakdot, and we see it happening to Ethereum.
Fast forward to 2025. Ethereum is trapped in almost the same architecture it has in 2017, all because ethereum architecture doesn’t support upgrades without forks. So it’s stuck just hosting un-secure, non-connected L2’s that slowly suck away Ethereums revenue
Meanwhile, polkadot has been rolling out major upgrade after major upgrade (asynchronous backing, agile core time, elastic scaling, and more)
All of these upgrades have slowly made Polakdot un-godly cheap, fast, and flexible. Aka. The king of block space
Okay, while those 2.0 upgrades are all great. The magic of Polkadot lies in its new JAM upgrade. Which is by far the Biggest upgrade I have ever seen in this entire crypto space since smart-contracts on ethereum in 2016
JAM turns Polakdot into what ethereum was always supposed to be. A truly decentralized, parallel computing, supercomputer
And it removes all developer barriers. No more blockchain only architecture. Anyone can deploy anything imaginable directly on Polkadot. And I’m talking any application you can imagine, not just smart-contracts
you can literally ask Polkadot to run any programming language you want. Python check, C++ sure, solidity absolutely
I will be exactly like your laptop
Every other blockchain until (Polkadot + JAM) can be represented as a little single CPU restricted to only one or a few specific coding languages. and can only execute your requests in a linear fashion. Just Like how GPUs worked pre 2006 (slow, and shitty) parallel work loads are fundamental to computing
JAM s a new crypto sector. And It’s what crypto has aimed for since 2009. Truly Decentralized computing
And don’t even get started on the computer power, gas costs, and speed of Polkadot with JAM
There is nothing even remotely close to it in crypto today. Because Its uses parallel on-chain computing, it can run huge complex applications completely on-chain
JAM can literally split up the computation into multiple individual cores, run them simultaneously, and then atomically compile the results before the next block. This alone is fucking insane….
Do you understand we are talking Parallel, on-chain, touring complete super computing….
Like hello, this is nuts
Okay okay, I know this was long
Closing critical statement. ultimately none of these upgrades mean poladot is going to succeed or make you money. There is always unpredictable outcomes, and new sectors to outcompete
Just like no one knew L2 and Parachains were going to suck the revenue out of the base chains
All I know is Polakdot + JAM opened a new sector in crypto. “Actual decentralized supercomputing”. not just some monolithic, sequentially processing blockchain like every Layer 1 that exists today.
but a computer that can do anything and run anything
The question is, does the world want or need an ultra-powerful decentralized super computer. Or is it okay with regular old blockchains forever
I’m betting the world will want what JAM is offering. But I could be so absolutely wrong
Only time will tell
Due to @NEARProtocol account model and blockchain architecture, NEAR is the only chain where you won’t need to drain your wallets and hope that you don’t have lockups/staking when it’s time to switch to quantum resistant crypto.
PS. Still not the time
