@query_avelo_spp @AveloAir Our daughter flew BNA to HVN on Thursday 11/20 and checked her bag. The bag never made the flight and we are now nearly 72 hours without the bag…It should have been on today’s nonstop. Her original flight was #1025 last name MALKIN. Inexcusable delay!

@GEICO Jusr experienced terrible #customerservice from your team members today after being hung up on repeatedly all day yesterday. Also just got charged $307 to reissue insurance after being less than 30 days late with GEICO. This for my 90-year old parent. Unethical practice!
