@airtelindia I'll have to move to consumer court if this is how it works. I have the call recordings and proofs
@TRAI Is this allowed? What kind of freedom to use a network and disconnect from a network do Indian citizens have?
@airtelindia@airtelnews
What kind of service you're providing.
I started using your wifi 2 years back and due to poor connection and frequent disconnection, I decided to stop you're service. I searched in your app to raise a disconnection request and it's not there
Contnued.
@airtelindia@airtelnews 3.
Now bill was again generated in June and now your executives are asking for another settlement amount. Does settlement happen again and again?
This is a clear violation of freedom to exit the service. @TRAI
Airtel is now looting even after multiple tries for disconnection
@airtelindia@airtelnews 2.
When I can't see the option in app to disconnect, assumed that disconnection will happen on non bill payment. It also didn't happen. In May an executive called and asked for a settlement amount of 800 rupees or so and after payment she told disconnection request is placed.

@nothingsupport Expecting a timely response and fair resolution.
@getpeid You promised us a company with a product with quality but as any other company, now it's just a promise not delivered.
What is this @nothingindia@nothing@getpeid
I am a huge follower and early adopter of Nothing. A customer of Ear (1). I even suggested multiple people to buy Nothing devices. Devices getting damaged on their own after a year every time is intolerable. Continued in the comments
@nothingindia@nothing@getpeid 3.
Spending a huge amount every year on the same device for an issue happened due to a manufacturing defect or lower quality than promised is intolerable. This can be expected from an earbud priced less than ₹2k. But from a device priced around ₹10k is intolerable.
@nothingindia@nothing@getpeid 2.
The battery of a bud of my ear(2) is dead. When I approached the service center, they're having the same offer. Spend ₹4k again and get the bud replaced or spent ₹5k and get the entire device replaced.
The ear(1) got damaged in 2024 after 1.5 years of use. Its outer cover came in hand. The service center offered an upgrade to ear(2) with an extra bill of around ₹5k. I thought it was an odd case and upgraded. Now after a single year of use, the ear(2) is also not working.

Dear @RahulGandhi ji,
I am reaching out to you through this tweet because there seems to be no other way to access you. I speak to you as a party member, a constitutionalist, a citizen of India, a human, and a Hindu. This message is not just for you but for every INDIA Alliance supporter, member, and ally anyone who believes in the idea of secularism.
I feel that the Congress party appears hesitant when addressing minority issues. Engagement seems limited to a few tweets, and even those are not consistent. While it is unfair and illogical to expect you to respond to every incident, some situations demand decisive action, especially from someone in your position as the Leader of Opposition.
The recent massacre in Sambhal, where five Indian Muslims lost their lives, is one such incident. This is not merely violence; it is a massacre. It deserves a bold and courageous response from you as a leader who represents an alternative vision for India.
We urge you to take the following steps:
1. Visit Sambhal and offer your condolences to the grieving mother.
2. Provide legal aid to the victims’ families to ensure they receive justice and are not pressured into out-of-court settlements.
3. Demand financial compensation for the victims from the Government of India.
4. Form a fact-finding committee of ten members, including both Hindus and Muslims, to track the case and update the public.
5. Engage directly with the local Muslim community, share their stories through social media, and raise their struggles in Parliament during the winter session.
These steps are not just demands from the Muslim community but also from secular Hindus like myself. We voted for the INDIA Alliance to ensure that issues affecting every community are addressed boldly and without hesitation. This should be a safe space where even dissent within the party can be voiced without fear of trolling, guilt-tripping, or silencing.
As a Gandhian, you represent an antithesis to the divisive politics of Hindutva. The Congress party must lead with love and empathy, not just political correctness. Diplomacy can be done by anyone, but genuine leadership requires emotional courage. This is a fight for survival, and it needs a narrative driven by compassion, not mere strategy.
Taking these steps might make you unpopular temporarily, but secularism itself demands courage and risks. Being anti-Modi is not an achievement in itself; taking bold, proactive actions that challenge the status quo is what defines true leadership. If these actions lead to backlash, including arrests, it would only amplify your moral authority and the party’s commitment to justice.
We also urge you to address these issues in Parliament without differentiating between Hinduism and Hindutva in this context. While many understand the distinction, using this differentiation in the aftermath of such a tragedy could feel insensitive and unstrategic. The focus should remain on constitutional values and human dignity. Do it using word Muslim instead of minority. Jain is a minority community but do they share the same oppression? Thus, specification is important. Perhaps, a sense of collective guilt for the oppressor is from our ascribed status if not the same political ideology. If we don't like this then we have to change this episode.
Rahul Ji, as a secular Hindu, I am using my privilege to raise these concerns on behalf of others particularly muslims who cannot speak as freely as a Hindu can in india today. A Hindu woman has more power than an average Muslim man. Many within the party share these thoughts but lack a platform to express them. I hope you will listen to this collective voice and act decisively.
This is not just about justice for Sambhal. It is about reaffirming the idea of India that our party stands for. Please consider this as a heartfelt request from a sister to a brother. Thank you for your time and attention.
Yours sincerely,
Radhika Barman
