Perhaps the most ridiculous part of our “return to school” plan is the notion that Middle School students are going to socially distance from one another.

Welp, it seems a lot of adults think that kids should be reading all the books that THEY loved as kids. But when you make book lists and recommendations FOR kids, you can't let nostalgia and personal preference guide you. When you leave the kids out of the equation, they suffer.

Georgia is suspending standardized testing for the upcoming school year & formal teacher evals and are seeking to permanently cut certain tests. This will also save $10's of millions from the budget that can be used toward teacher pay, etc. Let's hope other states step up!
