THIS is Harold, the manager of 305 Gardens (Restaurant) on James Gichuru, Nairobi. His boss has not paid him for 2 months.

He questioned the boss about the money. The boss pulled out a gun and hit him on the face with the butt, then boxed him. Harold reported at Muthangari Police Station. The cops went and "temporarily" disarmed the boss.

The manager then went to hospital and back at the station but his case was top marinated.

As for the cops who HAD disarmed the boss, he has just left them at the Restaurant eating ribs and downing with expensive drinks.

This man has a family. His children and wife would want their father dignified with some justice. Atleast this is visible. Or you still want to hear the version of the boss? Assault causing grevious harm. The sentence is maximum 5 years.
