@santanderukhelp Again, a phase I was told repeatedly yesterday but I don’t think anyone realises my frustration, all my money had gone and no one seems to want to help and you’re one of the number one banks for not reimbursing fraudulent transactions. Frustration, upset, annoyed, desperate……

@santanderukhelp Yes and they were the ones who said nothing could be done as it was a bank holiday weekend. I have done nothing wrong and I’ve had my account wiped out of £3700 and left with 29p. My family and I have no money and no access to any and been a customer for twenty years. No help!
