Is it possible that he was on a server at some point and someone ran the script while he was on, yes. And there’s no way to restore the pet even with the original code used to redeem the pet?

@DevXveza @InarijaS @KevinPo10087843 @BuildIntoGames Well the issue is. We had a valid code, we redeemed it and got our golden dog the right way. We safely put said golden dog in the bank where a user hacked our bank while we were logged off. Now @prest4n @BuildIntoGames will not respond to restore what we paid for.

@TundraALTyALT @prest4n Well our bank was broken into after we bought a plushie and got the Golden Dog… nobody is responding or offering any assistance. So I would not count on keeping your pet once redeemed.

@ltsGlitchy Fake real doesn’t matter when the Code is hacked and banks are free game! We did it all right and were careful but a hacker got in to my sons bank and stole the pet we paid for… no support from @prest4n or @BuildIntoGames so looks like class action time to redistribute the $$$

@BuildIntoGames Hey just checking in to see if your gonna fix the bank of if these are just so hackers can fill their pockets after people pay for the pets? Don’t buy, not support and hackers are rampant. Your stuff is not safe. I’ll continue to be loud till I get some help for my son.

@JStevens688 @BuildIntoGames The hacker added himself to my sons bank while he was playing a different game on Roblox. When he came back to pet sim it was gone. They added themselves withdrew the pet and then left the bank. I have the user account and all data necessary to prove and fix. @prest4n help?
