@TheStalwart @jaycaspiankang Was chatting w/ a fellow school parent who coaches wrestling and has sent a bunch of kids to D-1, and asked him what the big factors were in whether kids would be elite. He said two things:

1) "puberty"
2) "show me an 8yo state champ and i'll show you a kid who quits by 18"
