@CynicalPublius Have you watched the ad? They say to disobey ILLEGAL orders. They say it over and over. And as a career officer, you were taught the same thing. You had JAGS tell you that. You are NOT to follow ILLEGAL orders per the UCMJ.

@mmpadellan @RepDonaldsPress Awesome post. One caveat. I was an Army paralegal. Military members are actually OBLIGATED, per the UCMJ, to disobey illegal orders. It’s not that they don’t have to, it’s that they cannot.
