Bought A tv (amazon basics tv) in 2021. Since march 2024 the tv is not connecting with remote. Changed the battery, then changed the remote, still nothing works. Now after calling Amazon India customer service I got to know that any kind of after sales service can’t be provided.

@AmazonHelp After a long and worthless discussion, your representative transferred the matter to concerned department and felt sorry.
But that didn't solve my problem.
