First of all they refused to help and the most shocking part is one of the support executives named Joyeeta M told that "She is not in a mood to explain"! @AmazonHelp

@karnataka_ioc Hi... I have applied for a new gas connection in Bangalore. It's been almost a month now, I'm yet to receive any update on that. Customer support says, It takes 15-30 days to process the and verify. After verification it will take 7 days more. Need help urgently.

I have called @Airtel_Presence customer support and funny thing is they do not know or they don't have any clue why my services have been suspended. I need restoration by tonight anyhow.

It's been almost 1 month now that my postpaid mobile connection has been suspended. I have raised many complaints with #Airtel but in vain. All I'm getting is a same copy and paste replies. Incoming/Outgoing/Mobile Internet... All the services has been discontinued. @TRAI

@Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @TRAI @JagoGrahakJago_ @consaff @ConsumerCourt_ Both the incoming and outgoing services has been stopped. Again!!! Why... Resume my services right now or else I'm going to raise another complaint with consumer forum. Also let me know the reason for the suspension.

Please instruct your team not to call without any update. @airtelindia
