I'm drowning and I don't know how to keep my head above water anymore. I've poured everything I have into helping her through this cancer fight, but she won't even fight alongside me anymore. My friends were angels - they helped us get through the first 3 chemo sessions, showed up when we needed them most. But now next sessions we're stuck with these terrible public hospitals because it's all we can afford but she don't want to not unless its MakatiMed. I'm exhausted from giving everything, from fighting this battle, and the worst part? No matter how hard I try, how many sleepless nights I spend terrified of losing her, she'll never look at me with pride. I feel like I'm failing her when she needs me most.
