@Airtel_Presence I am being patient. But it’s been 6 days that there hasn’t been any permanent resolution to the issue. It doesn’t get fixed on weekend and on every weekday someone comes and resolves but the internet stops working sharp at 6pm is beyond my understanding.

@airindiain my father tried to book flight from Bangalore to Delhi but the app crashed. The money was deducted but ticket wasn't generated. I have been trying to get the refund for the said transaction for more than a month but customer care asks me to wait some more.
