@swapnakpanda Same is true in Big 4 like EY, KPMG etc. If the manager and work is good initially, these places keep you around for a very long time. The switchers are the ones they ditch when the layoffs come(not always true tho)

A trend I have noticed is that even the simplest of internships have started including long take home builder tasks in their selection process. Is AI the only reason or are there more causes to this?
