My account is still restricted and this is 55 days after my first complaint.
Please join in my cry so it may be loud enough for @kudabank bank to explain why they will not lift the restriction on my account, and for them be brought to order.
A reminder was sent in on the 4th of May and another sent in on the 11th. Both were not responded to and my account was still restricted.
As at the time of tweeting this, I sent in my most recent reminder which is going to be the 3rd reminder in a row with no response.
I gave another 5 days and I still got no response and my account was still restricted, so I made a request for my account to be closed and my funds transferred to another of my account in a different bank
There was no further response from compliance till 14th when I sent in a reminder. I got no response still and I sent in another reminder on 19th April.
@kudabank finally responded on the 21st with this. I am yet to see a better euphemism for do-not-disturb-me
I do not know how uncomprehensive an unadulterated pdf bank statement could be.
I immediately responded with the reason I sent the statement in the first place just to make things clear.
I got this response from compliance after I sent in another bank statement
I had reason to be away and could not respond to @kudabank until 11th of April. I sent in the pdf format as requested and compliance responded that the statement I sent in – that wasn’t even requested for in the first place - was not comprehensive.
I was already frustrated and had to send additional documentation that wasn’t even requested for, and compliance jumped on it asking for a different format of the document as though I sent it at their behest.
There was no feedback from @kudabank till 31st and I was forced to send another reminder. At this point, we were already 13 days into this and there was still no positive headway.
