@MoleculeLOL Oh, and BC also reduces your Giant Slayer value, completely forgot about that, here's how it should actually look:

The extra AH is nice yeah, but I don't think it salvages the item. I think if you go Kraken (or any other crit mythic) you should go for IE.

Not sure if I'm the biggest fan of BC, these calculations are kind of scuffed because they're assuming you're getting Carve stacks from ult waves alone, but you can see how it's not really competitive vs. GB/IE until 4+ stacks.
@MoleculeLOL https://t.co/e9VGA8mMoz
Hurts your AA damage a bit too much imo, surprisingly decent for ult damage (crit scaling is worse than I remembered). But you're also kind of griefing your inventory with annoying purchase points and very little flexibility for no considerable upside.
@MoleculeLOL Also, I check twitter after a few weeks of inactivity and it almost felt like I went back in time to one year ago haha. I wonder if we'll even see lethality MF this year though, hopefully not.
@MoleculeLOL >Maybe it's LW->IE->LDR after Kraken + x. That could be the tech
Big no-no from me. Delaying IE by 1450g just so you can hold a garbage component just sounds like an awful idea.

@MetroArcher@MoleculeLOL Infernal dragon is actually neutral, but you're absolutely correct about GS and AF.
What matters is the weight 40 extra AD has on your tAD, but infernal works as a tAD multiplier so all breakpoints are the same.
E.g.
(100+40)/100 = 1.04(100+40)/1.04(100)
@JustRecentlyI Regarding the cookies nerf, it's important to remember the context; all early consumables' hp regen was nerfed by 20%.
Funnily enough, this may add relative value to cookies, as the extra sustain becomes preferable even in its nerfed state. I'm still looking at this in games.
@JustRecentlyI I still hold the same view; FM is too circumstantial to ever call it required. For bot it's especially suicidal since you don't have so much lane control over 2v2 dynamics.
If you're finding yourself having mana issues then I see no reason not to go cookies/PoM instead.
@Kiea_Tash @DuulMaths @Devilpiotr1@MoleculeLOL@_Beora@EragonUK@_Gutex_ Thank you so much for the shoutout!
I'm a bit ashamed of gaining new followers despite being inactive for the past months though, I'll show some signs of life soon enough.
@JayenseeLoL@MoleculeLOL But it fails to account for ease of application and total potential damage. Gwen will apply several more hits of her passive in any realistic scenario than Mordekaiser will. It's about as useful of a benchmarker as Karthus' ult.
@MoleculeLOL@JayenseeLoL I want to believe the changes are just tentative because there's no way they've nerfed champion-specific healing enough to make up for the insane GW nerf.
But yeah if playing against something like a Sylas or Vlad I'd rather see a Gwen take ignite TP and go Cosmic 3rd.
@JayenseeLoL@MoleculeLOL But yeah, of course it lacks utility, and in several games you'll be much better served with Cosmic for extra stickiness, or Zhonyas when stopwatch is gigavaluable.
Also, I'm not sure if Morellos should be a thing after the GW changes. Ignite should be taken if GW is mandatory.
@JayenseeLoL@MoleculeLOL I wasn't here for the main discussion, but if anyone claims DCap is a bad item on Gwen because of bad AP scaling they're out of their minds. The %hp scaling is absolutely nuts and the main reason Gwen is a champion. That alone makes DCap the best damage option at 3+ items.
@MoleculeLOL@MetroArcher@Devilpiotr1 Don't think you necessarily need lots of melees to make Runaans work, just clumped team comps are enough.
Important to remember that Runaans scales with range, it's really easy to get value out of it during W windows, and W procs are what you want to maximize in any fight.
@MoleculeLOL Adding to that, enchanters have taken over the support role...
Nevertheless, this shouldn't mean much for LDR's winrate as a 2nd item. The reason why the item isn't optimal as a 2nd slot is independent of all that.
@MoleculeLOL Ehh I'm not even too sure that we're seeing "way more tanks" since last patch. I guess in the jungle Shyvana, Trundle, Zac and Udyr have seen a slight increase in pickrate (moderate in Shyvana's case), but dedicated tanks like Sion and Malph are now less popular, Ornn is neutral.
