@SpiritAirlines seems to want to keep my luggage. Lost in transit from Detroit to Philly. No response to phone calls or online system. Disappointed and frustrated in Philly
@AmericanAir I was forced off of the flight. If I had been bumped I would have been offered the next flight and a voucher. In this case everyone got bumped and you are doing nothing for anyone. It’s not like this was weather or air traffic control. American had control of the situation.
@AmericanAir Rebooking is not sufficient. American failed to have the plane operational for my flight. An apology is not enough. I am rebooked in a flight that arrives almost 9 hours later. Unacceptable.
@AmericanAir cancelled my flight to Miami AA518 due to mechanical failure. Could originally have booked the flight I now have - 9 hours later for a lot less. Customer service has been disrespectful and offered zero assistance. Terrible service.
