I really wish all languages move to suspend instead of async/await. The advantage is clear. It is disturbing to see that some languages are still adding async/await even as a better way was already obviously discovered.

Dynamic typing is infections. Once you build libraries ecosystem around a dynamically-typed language, then no amount of pluggable type-checkers and type-safe languages in that ecosystem can fix it. Ecosystem damage is permanent and irreparable. Now I've said that.
