@AnthonyClose I like the density but those townhomes do not fit the character of the neighborhood. They should’ve allowed for ground floor retail and living units above. I guess I’ll take it, but we can do better.

@yimbystpete I try to walk with my 10 month old from ~22nd Ave and 16 st to Crescent Lake or Coffee Pot. Super dangerous with people speeding everywhere. Pedestrian scale is sooo needed. We have come a long way but also have a long way to go.

@DardenRice @DNedvidek @DardenRice there are notable areas close to 275 that seem to be excluded in white and outside of the CCHA. St Pete Heights, Oakwood Gardens, Euclid Lake, parts of N Kenwood to name a few. Is there a possibility these will be included in the final plan?

@AnthonyClose @AnthonyClose what’s prominent to me is that St Pete Heights, Oakwood Gardens, Euclid Lake and other communities close to 275 are not included in Orange here. Do you think this will change? Seems like these communities need it just as much as others.

@DardenRice We need to double down on complete streets and more aggressively transform our grid into pedestrian and bike friendly with more density that allows for walkable commercial within neighborhoods. Slower speeds. Example: 16 st and 22ave are still both very dangerous, among others.
