BOB has confirmed receipt of the full USD 101.18, but only ₹8,044 was credited. Branch & IVR are passing me around with no resolution. Please intervene and clarify the forex conversion/settlement and ₹1,500+difference.

It has been 7 days since I reported misconduct by the postman of Dobhi PO, Bhadra, Hanumangarh (Rajasthan). No action taken and the post is still not delivered. He is forcing us to collect it ourselves. This is unacceptable. Please take strict action urgently. @IndiaPostOffice

@IndiaPostOffice Complaint against Postman – Dobhi PO, Tehsil Bhadra, Hanumangarh, Rajasthan.

On Holi, he abused my mother on call, said he is not a servant to deliver & asked us to collect the post. He was under the influence of alcohol.
Strict action needed. Zero tolerance.😡

Because the call explained that ₹100 can be taken without invoice, not that it was wrong.
So the concern isn’t resolved — it’s just officially justified 😅

TRF team called and clearly stated that dealer is NOT wrong and during service a dealer can charge ₹100 for chain lubricant WITHOUT invoice, even after billing.
If this is TVS policy, then it needs serious review.
Customers should be cautious before purchasing or servicing a TVS
