Ignou please promote 2nd year (june-july 2019) we are in lots of pressure. We have to deal with 3 problems that you are forced upon us, 1) 2nd year TTE exams
2) 3rd year assignment submission which we have to make during exams
3) 3rd year TTE exams in June
