π Day 13/30 of learning AI & Automation
I used to think automation started with choosing the right tool.
Today's lesson taught me that's backwards.
π
Automation experts don't start with tools.
They start with understanding:
β’ The trigger
β’ Every step
β’ Decision points
β’ How data flows
The tool comes last.
The biggest surprise for me:
Before opening Zapier, Make, or n8n...
Map the workflow on paper first.
If you can't explain the process, you shouldn't automate it.
π Day 12/30 of learning AI & Automation
I thought AI was all about prompts.
Today I learned that understanding data might be even more important.

π Day 11/30 of learning AI & Automation
I thought choosing an automation platform was the hardest part.
I was wrong.
The hardest part is building one that still works as your business grows. π
I also learned about API rate limits.
If your workflow sends too many requests too quickly, some apps will reject them.
Sometimes, slowing down your automation actually makes it more reliable.
