For people who wonder why having an Evo in Singapore is necessary, the answer is: accessibility and affordability for many in the region.
Remember how Pakistani Tekken stayed under the radar for so long because it was hard for them to travel?
Same thing for Southeast Asia.
4Gamer tours SNK’s Osaka headquarters to mark COTW’s Switch 2 release. The message is clear: SNK is an active studio with modern production facilities, seamlessly connecting its rich history with its future.
_ The in-house motion capture studio opened in March 2026, replacing a former lobby and circulation area. It features 44 cameras and a large LED screen for reviewing captured performances on the spot.
_ The studio has already been used for COTW. Motions recorded there will appear in upcoming content.
_ Designers can attend recording sessions, adjust movements directly with performers and incorporate their suggestions. SNK says motion capture has improved production efficiency.
_ Captured performances still require artists to refine and adjust the animation by hand.
_ Motion capture was also used for Cristiano Ronaldo and Salvatore Ganacci, although their sessions took place elsewhere.
_ The sound facilities include three areas: an audio testing room, a recording booth and a control room. COTW was the first game recorded after these facilities opened.
_ SNK can direct overseas voice sessions remotely from Osaka, with a native English speaker helping communication.
_ Kyo’s jacket sounds were recorded using an actual jacket. The prop used across previous games is still kept in storage.
_ A white bass used during the original Shinsekai Gakkyoku Zatsugidan era has survived several office moves. The sound team was formed in 1991.
_ Meeting rooms celebrate characters including Terry, Mai, Geese, Ryo, Haohmaru, Kyo and Iori, with themed artwork and carpets.
_ The entrance displays historic hardware and memorabilia, including a Neo Geo CD, arcade cabinets and the 1999 Hanshin Tigers Neo Geo Pocket Color.
_ On the development floor, journalists saw COTW being checked and collaboration character Draken being adjusted.

Lula won against all odds with a flood of last minute votes. META's election interference proves that it can have the reverse effect, if the people are united in resisting it.
Congratulations to all Brazilians, and anti-zionists around the world.

Lula victory speech:
"We had to overcome foreign interference through digital platforms, which we will have to regulate.
We cannot have monstrously huge corporations earning millions & billions, paying no taxes to this country & trying to steer this country's election results."
i want everyone to know brazil just won against fascism
despite them having the media on their pockets and the elites on their side
despite millions of dollars of american interventionism
despite totally unrealistic odds
if we can do it, so can you
Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has won reelection, defeating Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, an ally of President Donald Trump, in a razor-thin race that capped a deeply polarized presidential race. https://t.co/HX9ZXPJmWU
I had no idea Japan has a term for its far-right, xenophobic, chronically online crowd: "Netto-uyoku" - widely disliked by other Japanese people and are known for being loud & obnoxious online, but cowardly in real life. Why does this sound familiar? 🤔
We need some kinda varsity internet where teenagers can argue their hyperbolic opinions based on their limited world view amongst themselves so I can stop seeing dumb Obsession takes and derivative cancel campaigns from iPad babies who now have anime pfp accounts and an iphone.
