@Lenskart_com extremely disheartened with customer service. Dishonest and blatant lies. Delivery delayed. Order not even processed and customer blamed for it. No email updates, no mention of order getting delayed and the supervisor blatantly lies.
@Lenskart_com however, supervisor only lied to hide their mistake of uploading powers. PL NOTE THAT THE PRESCRIPTION WAS UPLOADED ON 28th ITSELF. the concern is only for glasses which were to be delivered on 1st. pl take note and expedite delivery and request honesty.
@Lenskart_com 28th the order was placed. no call followup. on the next call informed that call will be made after powers are uploaded. one call received on 30th which was missed and no answer on call back. attaching screenshots.
@Lenskart_com Request was made that as the glasses can be made in one day, as even your team called on 30th for expected delivery on 1st, then even if we upload the PD today, deliver the other two glasses by 2nd and Bifocal one on 4th, as mentioned.
