So I got this threatening letter from @KolkataPolice for merely asking a few questions and for exercising my right of free speech.

This is a clear case of @MamataOfficial administration silencing the voice of private citizens using the power of Kolkata Police.

I am just a private citizen who is so disgusted by what happened to #Moumita_Debnath that I decided to speak up. But apparently, @KolkataPolice does NOT like independent voices that speak up.

As a woman and as a mother, I fear for my safety. We all know what Kolkata Police can do, and we all know what happens to women who dare to speak against @MamataOfficial in West Bengal. They are either subjected to violence or intimidation like the #SandeshkhaliHorror victims or forced to leave the state like @UnSubtleDesi.

I am just an ordinary citizen trying to do the right thing. I am not a member of any political party, nor do I have an organisation to back me up. And I don’t have the wherewithal or the energy to fight the intimidation tactics of a state administration where the police acts like the collection agents of a regime. So yes, I will delete the post as @KolkataPolice asked me to do as advised by my lawyer.

I am doing so not because I think I was wrong in asking questions, but after what happened to #Moumita_Debnath, I fear for my safety and for my life.

You won @KolkataPolice, in silencing the voice of a common citizen. Congratulations. Huge achievement. Now if only you guys showed the same zeal in protecting the women of West Bengal, #Moumita_Debnath would STILL BE ALIVE!

@BajajAllianz I am drawing your kind attention on daily basis towards a fraud being committed while getting Bajaj Allianz Car Insurance. I took car insurance on 03.10.2022. While sending me the proposal, I was offered RETURN TO INVOICE and I paid the premium. .

@BajajAllianz When I apprised Bajaj Allianz of such a fraud. Initially, they asked for proof. But when I submitted these proofs, they stopped responding to my genuine complaint on their Twitter, Email and WhatsApp number. Very unprofessional ethics by Bajaj Allianz.

@BajajAllianz Once I have been offered RETURN TO INVOICE and I accepted and paid the premium for it then Company cannot change in actual Policy document and Bajaj Allianz should have provided me RETURN TO INVOICE policy, which was proposed to me.

@BajajAllianz आज 16 है आज तक कंपनी का कमीशन स्टेटमेंट जनरेट नही हुआ तो कंपनी कमीशन कैसे देगी, कंपनी में कोई भी व्यक्ति ऐसा नहीं है जिसके साथ इस विषय पर बात हो सके जो भी अथॉरिटी दिल्ली में बैठा है वो कहता है की हेड ऑफिस से ही अभी तक कमीशन नही आया ।

@BajajAllianz @tapansinghel Blocking genuine complainants for genuine complaints reflects the morality on the part of the company as well as on the part of the MD who blocked my genuine complainant. Atleast he should have checked the details that why I was not given the same policy which was proposed to me.
