Even if @kaffindia technicians visit, they are just going to charge monet rake the spare parts then elope, ghost you and @kaffindia customer care executives will say complaint is resolved you are all good. They are fraud

@kaffindia They won’t give any Warrenty. Their technicians will come and keep chanting about false allegations and say it won’t cover under warranty. DONT BUY Kaff

@kaffindia KAFF has the worst customer service, 230618170,230610117,230610118 are the complaint's I logged for service of my hob, all the 3 complaints were closed without any resolution and the engineer who visited collected Rs 300 without doing anything.

Kindly replace my horrible kitchen chimney,every time you repair it after sometime it goes berserk.
You may check from the service record how many times it has been repaired.Even after changing the motor the problem is there.Horrible product

CAUTION: Major safety risk. Fire in kitchen originating from inside Kaff chimney. Thankfully, controlled before it spread. Complete apathy and no interest from .@kaffindia in investigating and resolving the matter. Anyone having Kaff chimney, please uninstall and return.
